Forms for Download
To get started, download the NEW CustomerInfoForm.docx, fill it out and return it to info@shadowdesigner.com. Once we receive the completed form, we will issue you with a private ftp account and you are ready to send us your first order.
With every uploaded order, please also upload a corresponding PostProcessingOrderForm.docx or ALBUM DESIGN order form. Once your images have finished uploading, send us an email to notify us that you have just uploaded an order. (We are currently working on a more streamlined ordering process that will take place on the website. Until then, please don’t forget to send us that email to tell us you’ve uploaded a job). Work cannot commence until we have received your images, your order form, an order email and your payment.
Once your order is completed, you will be notified via email. Your final images will be uploaded to your ftp, burned and mailed, and/or sent to the lab as indicated by your order.
